With an eye on the future and a firm focus on the emergence of young talent, the Megaron hosts four outstanding young musicians, who excelled in the competitive part of the “Listen to the Young” programme. Raphaelia Kontou, Evangelos Papamanolis, Maria Elli Petridou and Christoforos Petridis introduce themselves to the Megaron’s audience as representatives of a fresh, dynamic generation of young Greek soloists and take on iconic works, aspiring to share their passion for classical music. The “Listen to the Young” programme is an initiative of the Kalogeropouleio Foundation of Corinth and is carried out in collaboration with the Megaron, the Third Programme and the DIAZOMA Association.
